Dan’s primary focus is commercial and criminal litigation.  He frequently represents clients in matters involving contract disputes and litigation involving intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks. In the criminal defense arena, he has been involved in numerous death penalty cases in both the state and federal courts, and handled numerous white-collar matters for Fortune 500 companies and high profile cases and has appeared on Nightline (July 10, 1996) and 60 Minutes (March 26, 2017).
