Maynard Cronin Erickson & Curran was formed in 1997. Its senior members previously practiced law at a large international firm, Winston & Strawn, one of the oldest and largest firms in Chicago. Our current firm is made up of lawyers who have a collective desire to provide efficient and responsive legal services, bringing to bear a broad pool of legal knowledge and experience.

Maynard Cronin Erickson & Curran is primarily a litigation firm with extensive estate planning, probate, and business law practices. Our experience and background are wide ranging — from business and commercial law, to torts and criminal defense, wills and estate planning, intellectual property, professional liability, and other areas.

Licensed in Courts across Arizona and in other States

The firm represents clients in many forums: federal court; the state, county, and municipal courts statewide; all appellate courts; as well as administrative agencies. Although located in Phoenix, some of our litigation attorneys are also licensed to practice in Colorado and Illinois, and have represented clients in California courts, as well. We engage frequently in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration panels, mediations, and other forms of private dispute resolution.
