Phoenix Litigation Attorneys
Maynard Cronin Erickson Curran & Reiter, P.L.C., was formed in 1997. Its senior members previously practiced law at a large international firm, Winston & Strawn, one of the oldest and largest firms in Chicago. Our current firm is made up of lawyers who have a collective desire to provide efficient and responsive legal services, bringing to bear a broad pool of legal experience.
We are primarily a litigation firm, although we have an extensive estate planning and probate practice, as well. Our experience and background is wide ranging -- from business and commercial law, to torts and criminal defense, wills and estate planning, intellectual property, professional liability, First Amendment, and liquor liability.
Experienced in Courts across Arizona, Colorado, and Illinois
The firm represents clients in many forums: federal court; the state, county, and municipal courts statewide; all appellate courts; administrative agencies; as well as tribal courts. Centered in Phoenix, litigation attorneys of Maynard Cronin Erickson Curran & Reiter, P.L.C., are licensed to practice in Arizona, Colorado, and Illinois, and are admitted to practice in the relevant state and federal courts. We engage frequently in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration panels, mediation, and other forms of private dispute resolution.
The focus of our lawyers is to aggressively assert our clients’ rights, and, where appropriate, to help our clients sort through alternatives and find solutions quickly and competently. We understand that efficiency is vital in today’s market, and by providing services in an efficient manner we are able to best satisfy our clients’ needs and build long-term relationships.
