I have practiced in the areas of commercial and business litigation since 1989. My focus is serving the needs of small to medium size businesses including construction, accounting, medical, retail, design services, insurance services, telecommunications and electronics, and banking. I recognize that a client’s needs start long before a lawsuit is filed, and my objective is to provide assistance to anticipate potential problems. Avoiding litigation is often more valuable to a client than winning a lawsuit. In those instances when a lawsuit is unavoidable, I am committed to representing my client vigorously and cost-effectively in the litigation.
