My primary focus is commercial litigation and criminal defense. Some of my clients include: Sysco Foods, National Bank of Arizona, Northern Trust Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Chrysler Financial and Symmetry Health Data Systems, to name a few. I frequently represent these clients and others in matters involving contract disputes, securities matters and litigation involving intellectual property, including patents, copyrights and trademarks.

In the criminal defense arena, I have been involved in numerous death penalty cases in both the state and federal courts, and handled numerous white-collar matters for Fortune 500 companies and several high profile matters that have gathered national media attention.
